I run the Sledzieski Lab in the Halıcıoğlu Data Science Institute at the University of California, San Diego. My research focuses on in integrating protein structures and dynamics with context-specific biological networks to understand the molecular basis of cellular processes.

Previously, I was a Flatiron Research Fellow at the Flatiron Institute Center for Computational Biology. I completed my PhD and SM in the Computation and Biology group at MIT CSAIL, focusing on protein language models for protein interaction networks and drug discovery. I did my undergraduate degree in the Computational Biology Research Lab at the University of Connecticut, where I worked on phylogenetics and viral transmission.
